Under age 5?  Come explore our Creative Play Space, an enclosed area designed for our youngest guests.  From the infant and toddler soft play area to the ship climbing structure, our Creative Play Space will keep you entertained!  Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 AM for our special “Preschool Play Date” program with activities and crafts created just for tiny hands!

Learn how rotational inertia helps a figure skater spin, see if you can roll a ball and into moving bucket, and more in our SPIN! and Raceways exhibits!  Using balls, ramps, spirals, and your own body, experiment with inertia, centrifugal force, and gravity!

Embrace the builder in you with Construction Junction!  Build crazy contraptions with PVC pipes, use a conveyor to move wooden blocks, and piece together a ball chute on our blower table!  From exploring the simple lever to using the more complex Archimedes Screw, you’ll be an expert builder in no time!
