Come celebrate with The Health Adventure by having your next birthday party with us!
All birthday parties are $200 for members and $250 for non-members per 20 children. Payment due in full at the time of reservation. If the party is for more than one child (i.e., a "double party") please add an additional $100 for members and $125 for non-members.
To add an interactive component to the party, please add $50 to the cost of the birthday party. Please call for available interactive programs available. For information about pricing, programs, and scheduling your child's birthday party, contact our Group Admissions Coordinator at (828) 254-6373 ext. 316.
Please book all birthday parties a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If cancelled more than seven (7) days in advance, then a 50%
refund will be given. If cancelled seven (7) days or less, then no refund will be given. If the
child is sick the day of the party, then a 50% credit will be given that may be used towards rescheduling a party.
We require one adult chaperone for every three children. You are responsible for your guests from the time they enter the museum until they leave. Thank you for making sure all guests in your party are well chaperoned both in the party room and in the museum.
All birthday party prices include museum admission for up to 20 children. We provide the party room decorated with balloons, a birthday banner, and colorful tablecloths, and a gift bag for the birthday child from our museum store. The parent(s) are responsible for providing a cake and other refreshments, paper products, and other party favors or decorations as desired.
Available times are on Saturdays from 10:30 until 12 noon, 2:30 PM until 4:00 PM, and Sundays from 2:30 until 4:00 PM.
