Field Trips are Amazing at The Health Adventure! Teacher News from The Health Adventure Dental Month is Out of this World - FREE During February Only! Kindergarten through second-grade teachers are encouraged to book their FREE (thanks to area dentists) Flossed in Space Dental Month class now - spaces are almost full for February! Blast off into outer space and help our intrepid crew battle the "plaque aliens!" Brushing, flossing, visiting the dentist, healthy snacks, and avoiding smokeless tobacco are covered in this exciting hour of hands-on fun! Register for your class today! Teacher's Tip: Our Little Builders program is a great add-on class for students in kindergarten through first grade while they're visiting! History Comes Alive this March Students in grades 5 through 8 are invited to join The Health Adventure this March for a special interactive theatrical presentation in celebration of Alexander Graham Bell. "Meet" the inventor of the telephone - a technology that has changed human communication - and learn about sound and the history of technology during this innovative program. Preschoolers, kindergartners and first-graders become movers and shakers at The Health Adventure through May 6, 2007 at "Little Builders." Students will create, play, and learn as they explore the concepts of construction, motion and simple machines. Groups will have 30 minutes in the "Little Builders" exhibit and 30 minutes in a program that extends the concepts learned.
